The design intentionally weaves through an existing grove of native blue oaks, creating a series of interconnected living spaces. Walls are minimized fostering a sense of unity between the different functional areas of the house. The house integrates with the natural surroundings. Large windows, glass doors, and outdoor spaces such as decks and patios blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.
