The traditional design for this home draws inspiration from the classic farmhouse style adapted to the unique climate and landscape.  Gable, sheds, and English hip roofs and dormers articulate the massing of the house. The front porch is warm and inviting. Covered patios on the rear elevation provide a shaded areas for outdoor relaxation and entertaining, opening up to the swimming pool and expansive back yard.

The design encourages a sense of spaciousness and comfort, and takes full advantage of abundant natural light, with large, strategically placed windows. The many windows and doors maintain a connection to the outdoors, while architectural details express the warn traditional aesthetic. Clean and timeless millwork is meticulously detailed through the interior, with generous crown moldings, wainscoting, and paneling.

The open floor plan flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the living and dining areas. The fireplaces anchor the home, providing a focal point which expresses the comforts of home. Upstairs bedrooms  provide both privacy and views for the beautifully landscaped backyard. A covered balcony gives an opportunity for the private enjoyment of the picturesque hillside setting.
