Adapted for the California lifestyle, this colonial revival home is well-suited for a family who enjoys entertaining both indoors and out. Its stately presence and symmetrical design endow a timeless charm and historical elegance to the home.

Entering from the traditional portico, one is greeted by a foyer that boasts intricate woodwork, which exemplifies attention to detail and craftsmanship. The interior design incorporates a blend of refined details and a soothing color palette, creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. The floor plan transitions from classic formal rooms to expansive casual indoor outdoor spaces taking advantage of the Northern California climate. Arranged around a central gallery, the main floor provides for a spacious primary suite, two private offices, dining, kitchen, mudroom, laundry, family room guest suite and the distinctively detailed ‘parlour’. Four additional bedrooms and two baths are housed on the second story. An outdoor living room and dining terrace present opportunities to comfortably revel in the beautiful outdoors year round.

Holding true to the traditional style, from the clapboard siding to solid wood shutters, stone foundation, rich millwork details, and cast bronze hardware, specifications and details were pored over and painstakingly studied to authentically express the clients deep appreciation of classic American architecture.
